HOW COME I CAN’T BUY THE ACTUAL BOOKS AND ONLY THE RESOURCES ON CORE52.TOOLS?

To serve customers best, the Core52 team decided to fulfill the actual books, “Core52” and “Core52: Student Edition” from book outlets for faster distribution through sites like Amazon, Christianbook.com etc… Large bulk orders can be made here as well, coming directly from our publisher. Here at the core52.tools shop, we’re only supplying the resources to support the book study, and churches looking to launch a Core52 initiative!

IS SHIPPING ALWAYS FREE?

Yes it is*! No matter how little or much you order, shipping is free. (*Canadian brothers and sisters, we love you too but shipping to Canada is not included, but it’s not much!)

WE WOULD LIKE TO PAY BY CHECK IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Yes it is! Please email us at info@core52.tools to make arrangements.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes we do! Though, the products must not have been opened, used and or tampered with. They can only be returned within 7 days of delivery date.

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING ON RETURNS?

Since our shipping is free, customers are responsible for shipping back any product they would like to return.

DO YOU PRORATE ANY UNUSED RESOURCES FOR REFUNDS?

Sorry, we do not!

WHEN CAN WE EXPECT DELIVERY?

Depending on your order size and it’s a custom order, shipping time will vary. If your order has delays besides the typical 3-7 business day delivery time we will inform you. Smaller packages typically arrive within 2-3 days, signage arrives within 5-9 days.

CAN YOU PRODUCE THESE TYPES OF SOLUTIONS MADE FOR OUR CHURCH OR ORGANIZATION?
